Data deletion instructions

This page explains how to remove data that DHI CONNECT holds about you or your business. Meta requires apps to publish these instructions, and we honour requests regardless of where they originate.

Option 1 — Disconnect a Facebook profile

Fastest route, available in-app and reversible.

Sign in and open Meta Integrations
Choose the connected profile and select Disconnect

This immediately revokes our access token at Meta and removes that profile's pages, ad accounts, campaigns and leads from your workspace view. Records are retained in backup for the period below unless you also request erasure.

Option 2 — Remove the app from Facebook

In Facebook go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find DHI CONNECT and choose Remove. Meta will notify us and our access ends immediately.

Option 3 — Request full erasure

To have everything permanently deleted, email with the subject "Data deletion request" and include:

The email address on the account
Your workspace or company name
Whether you want the whole account deleted, or only specific connected assets

What gets deleted. Your account and users, connected profiles and encrypted tokens, synced pages, ad accounts, campaigns, ads and creatives, lead forms and all lead records including their encrypted personal fields, and performance insights.

What we may retain. Invoices and payment records where tax or accounting law requires it, and minimal security logs — neither contains lead personal data.

If you submitted a lead form

If you are an individual who filled in a lead form on a Facebook or Instagram ad, your data is controlled by the business that ran that ad — not by us. Contact them directly. If you are unsure who they are, email us with the form name or the ad you responded to and we will help identify them and pass the request on.
