Refund & cancellation policy

1. Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance — monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout. Access continues to the end of the paid period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from Subscription & Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Your workspace stays available until the period ends, then reverts to the free tier.

3. Refund eligibility

We will consider a refund where:

• You were charged after cancelling
• You were charged more than once for the same period
• A verified platform fault made the Service unusable for a sustained period and we could not resolve it

4. Not eligible

• Partial or unused time in a period you chose to cancel
• Meta-side restrictions outside our control — permission limits, app review outcomes, rate limits, disabled or unsettled ad accounts
• Outcomes from your own ad spend or campaign performance
• Accounts suspended for breach of our terms

5. Requesting a refund

Email with your account email, invoice number and reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

6. Downgrades

Downgrading takes effect at the next renewal. If your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits you will be asked to reduce it first.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; revisions are posted here with a new date.
