Your name, email address, password hash, and workspace/company details you provide at sign-up.
When you connect a Facebook profile, we sync only what your granted permissions allow:
Lead form submissions contain personal information belonging to people who responded to your ads — typically name, email, phone number, and any custom fields on your form. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf.
Session cookies, IP address, browser type, and application logs used for security and debugging.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use lead data to train models or for our own marketing.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep synced data while your account is active. Disconnecting a Meta profile revokes the token and removes that profile's data from your workspace view. On account closure, data is deleted or anonymised within a defined period — see data deletion.
Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export or restrict processing of your data, and to object or withdraw consent. Contact to exercise them.
If you are an individual who submitted a lead form, please contact the business whose ad you responded to — they control that data. We will assist them in responding.
The service is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
